Commis I & II - Kondolhu Hotel Maldive

Jobs Descriptions: 
Commis I or Commis II – Depending on profile (Male / Female).

· Should have a good knowledge of Western & Asian cuisine.
· Should have minimum 2 years' experience with well-known hotel / resort property.
· Should have completed Culinary related course or 3 years apprenticeship
· Should be open to any kind of food preparation like breakfast, room service, pastry, bakery.
· Should have good understanding of the hotel operation & responsible with the willingness to overtake ownership.
· Should be eager to learn & progress; able to recognize & understand differences & trends.

Terms & Benefits

· Salary – USD 300 + Service Charge (Commis I)
USD 250 + Service Charge (Commis II)
· Contract period – 1 year
· Accommodation – Company Provided (Sharing)
· Meals – Company Provided
