SOUS CHEF
As a Sous Chef with Tandjung Sari Hotel you will be responsible under the supervision of the Head Chef and in their absence , for the production , controlling cost and issue of all food items in the kitchen in accordance with the company and hotel policies procedures, standards and to meet customer satisfaction.
General Qualifications :
• Previous leadership experience in the culinary field required
• Diploma Certification in a Culinary discipline an asset
• Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications an asset
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• At least 3 years working experiences in similar position
• Able to speak and write in English
FRONT OFFICE AGENT (MALE)
- Well groomed
- Graduated from Hotel Management School
- Hotel practical experience preferably in Front Office
- Fresh graduated are welcome
