5.Handle payroll management and Vendor management for payroll, equity based compensation, pension funds, tax, salary surveys, insurance, outplacement services and relocation services – including immigration
6.Handle all on boarding and off boarding matters
7.Handle employee counseling, coaching and disciplinary inquiries
