Sales & Marketing Vacancy
General requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management\Business\ Marketing with minimum 2 years' experience in the hotel industry.
2. Familiar with Hotel system, sales call, site inspection, sales reports, contract rates, target and market segments.
3. Identifies and handles sales leads effectively and efficiently.
4. Represents the hotel and participates in domestic and international sales activities.
5. Creative contribution to product and sales development.
6. Max 35 Years Old.
7. 1-3 years' experience in similar position.
8. Good in English both oral & written.
9. Active person, good personality, positive attitude, hard worker and team player.

Job Description:
1. Responsible in achieving the room and catering sales objectives of his/her markets and business segments.
2. Represents and promotes the hotel by maintaining constant contact with the market and the customer base of his/her responsibility through Customer Relationship Management.
3. Personally build clear and open lines of communication with all departments.
4. Be actively involved in maintaining all relevant Hotels programs.
5. Assist with the preparation of the annual marketing plan.
6. Align strategies with business strategy; understand short- and long-term impact of business decisions.
7. Establish a regular core pattern for Sales calls to key & prospect accounts.
8. Be innovative with everything you do.
9. Dedicate time to your personal development.
10. Where required develop policy, formulate direction and strategy.
11. Undertake additional duties as requested by the Owner Representative.
