Under the general guidance and direct supervision of the Resort Manager, the candidate will be fully in charge on the daily operations related to Europe and Japanese market

1. Implements all sales action plans in order to achieve the targeted budgets for Europe and Japanese market for occupancy and rates.
2. Attends major travel functions locally and overseas
3. Conducts daily sales calls to local agents and arrange familiarization trips

5. Participates in weekly sales & marketing meeting.
6. Maintain and expand the business partners in Europe mainland, Japanese by a continuous contact and personalize approach.
7. In coordination with the Resort Manager, will prepare the seasonal contracting with the local and overseas partners.

REQUIREMENTS
1. Well Organized and Good at Follow Up for Groups inquiries, FIT.
2. Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills
3. Negotiation Skill and understand handling ONLINE travel agent, VHP hotel system
4. Good command in English and other language is preferable, verbal, reading and written
5. Relevant work experience is preferred.
6.This position is only for local Indonesians.
