Senior Cook or CDP wanted for New Restaurant
Great opportunity for a Senior Cook or CDP to become Head Chef in a new Organic Restaurant in Ubud. Our restaurant will serve mostly international food including fish, meat and poultry. Applicants must have a passion for food and the enthusiasm to excel in their career. Preference will be given to anyone who has worked overseas including cruise ships or has worked under an international chef. Must have a good understanding and working knowledge of international food.

Your responsibilities as a Head Chef would be to constantly add and change menu options, come up with daily specials, maintain the consistency of the food, manage food stock, ordering, price control, set menu prices and managing kitchen staff.

Understaining and speaking English must be good. Salary between 3 - 4 Million depending on experience.
