1. min. 1 years experience as Reservation Staff in 4* hotels
2. Min Diploma 3 degree in hotel and tourism major
3. Familiar with allotment management and preferable familiar with Opera software system
4. Has a strong managerial and leadership skill
5. Fluent in English both written and verbal
