- Saus Chef :
Following qualities are essential for the role:
• friendly, outgoing, willing to learn, honest and confident
• Possess good communication skills to manage relations with guests and the team.
• Be passionate and committed, team player, vibrant, energetic and fun
• Be appropriate in appearance according to Bistrot code of conduct
• Keen developer, open to all comments from FOH & Kitchen / clients in order to develop comment into positive solution

- Senior Cook :
• Minimum experience 3 years for chef
• Strong leadership skill and good management
• Excellent in communication and team work
• Understand English and Computer
• Willing to be based in Bali
