Basic career requirements to work independently sourcing new and maintaining existing market.
Having extensive knowledge and experience in relations to career title. Proven track record of having achieved sales budget and revenue oriented person.
Ability for prospecting new account.
Capability for timely contracting of corporate transient account base.
Excellent command of written and spoken in English and Bahasa, extra foreign languages are highly desirable.
Excellent negotiation and selling skills to ensure maximum revenue profitability.
Having experience in the hospitality, travel industry or advertising agency.
Must be guest oriented, outing with excellent hospitality courtesies.
Good relations building skills.
Enthusiastic, dynamic, and strong leadership.
Able to have knowledge of promotion strategy and promotion plan.
Must to have creative thinking.
Able to work with all department internal and external.
Must possess a friendly, Energized, active and outgoing personality.
Computer proficiency in Design, Adobe Photoshop, Ms. Office.
