Manage all employee processes and issues including handbook, benefits and performance management
Handle payroll management and Vendor management for payroll, equity based compensation, pension funds, tax, salary surveys, insurance, outplacement services and relocation services – including immigration
Handle all on boarding and off boarding matters
Handle employee counseling, coaching and disciplinary inquiries
