Jobs Descriptions: 

1. To do preparation for daily operation.
2. To produce the guest order according to the P & P.
3. To maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the kitchen area.
4. To maintain food presentation according to the hotel standard.
5. To control food stock and report to the superior when par stock level drop.
6. To control food spoilage and record.
7. Ensure safe environment for yourself, other staff and guests by cleaning as you go.
8. To ensure that there is a member of staff in the kitchen at all times during service.
9. At the end of the evening shift all food is stored in correct manner.
10. Follow closing down procedure as sent out in P&P. Paying attention to security procedure.
11. Prepare any special directory requirement as communicated to you by restaurant staff.
