1. Minimum graduated from Technical High School or Diploma Programme
2. Computer Literature ( Word, Excel, etc )
3. Problem solving and able to work in a team
4. Fluent spoken and written English
5. Excellence leadership and delegation skill, and able to take tough decision.
6. Able to work with contractors on renovations, remodels and new constructions.
Specific requirements:
1. Has a minimum 3 years experiences in a similar position in 5 star hotels.
2. Certified on Building Maintenance, technology is priority
3. Able to transfer knowledge to the team members
