1.   High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate, some college.
2.   Years experience as an Banquet Executive / Supervisor in the Hotel.
3.   Knowledge of organizing service from inform action on B.E.O.'s.
4.   Knowledge of staffing guidelines/requirements for various types of banquet functions. ( Weddings and MICE )
5.   Fluency in English both verbal and non verbal..
6.   Familiarity with food and beverage cost controls.
7.   Familiarity with Sales and Marketing tools for Banquets.
