1. Counter Staff Employee

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Guest greeting and service to capture and generate sales. (1)
• Practicing hospitality and grooming skill to deliver excellent customer experience. (1 & 2)
• Preparation of F&B in order to attract and generate customer. (1 & 2)
• Execute up-sell and cross-sell to generate more sales. (1)
• Execute cleaning and organizing activities to promoto safe and healthy product, place, and people. (1 & 2)
• Flawless cash handling as critical part of company's revenue. (1)
• Making orders ready to be passed on by means of à la minute cooking, portioning and garnishing according to established instructions regarding ingredients, recipes, working methods and exterior presentation. (2)

REQUIREMENTS
• Passionate, highly motivated, eager to learn and self-develop attitude to always deliver excellent service to the customers.
• At least 2 years of work experiences in F&B and / or hospitality industry (preferably from global brand or 3 stars hotel / above), fresh graduates are welcome.
• Fluent in English and computer literate.
