Job Description:
1. Maintain Social Media Account of Grand Hyatt Bali.
2. Prepare file, editing, and scheduling daily Social Media Post.
3. Pro-actively responding any comments, messages, post from guest on Social Media.
4. Pro-actively doing Social Media campaign to build more awareness (Instagram Photo Contest, Social Media Influencer visit,etc.)
5. Prepare weekly Social Media Report.
6. Create Resort Experience Itinerary for Social Media Influencer.
7. Assist PR Manager by providing Social Media Report for Dept Head Meeting (once in 3 - 6months)
8. Assist Public Relations Department in Photography (promotion, event,etc.)
9. Maintain good relations between Hotels and Social Media Influencer/Media.
10. Assist PR Department in creating complimentary form stay & gift certificate form.
11. Assist PR Department in creating welcome card & welcome amenities/gift for VIP/Media/ Influencer visit.
12. Maintain & control the distribution of monthly Magazine & Newspaper.
13. Assist PR Department in attending Media/PR Events in Bali.
14. Assist PR Manager on various projects in ad-hoc base
15. Assist PR Manager on concepting, planning, and execution of internal and external events
