Sales and Travel Designer Virtuoso (Sales Consultant / Account Executive) - Asia World Indonesia

Jobs Descriptions:
Reporting to: Manager Sales and Travel Design
Location: Bali, Suwung, Denpasar

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to
• Daily correspondence with suppliers, clients and travel agent / tour operators in a timely manner
• Design highly personalized and creative itineraries based on the client's preferences
• Liaise with various departments such as Operations Department to ensure that the itineraries are executed professionally and smoothly
• Reserve hotels, villas, restaurants and / or other activities / suppliers
• Travel within Bali and beyond in order to maintain a good product knowledge of various hotels and of our signature experiences


How to Apply?
The potential candidate should:
• Hold minimum a Diploma III degree from any reputable University in Indonesia
• Have previous experience in a similar position within a renowned Destination Management Company or Travel Agency
• Have excellent command of English as in writing and spoken, any other language is a plus
• Have profound knowledge of MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook)
• Be well organized, well travelled within Indonesia
• Have preferably a driving license
