A dynamic and growing "Healing, Wellness & Beauty" hospitality business in Mambal Badung is recruiting for a "Sales & Marketing Manager"

The position requires an individual (male or female) with

POSITION SKILLS:
- 5+ years experience in the industry including local and overseas markets
- Effective leadership and communication skills with both a sales and marketing team and external colleagues
- Ability to establish and execute plans and strategies to expand the customer base in relevant markets
- Proven skills in contract procedures in both local and overseas markets

PERSONAL SKILLS:
- A strong team player with exceptional interpersonal skills
- Able to set-up, negotiate and conclude business contracts
- Industry experience on the "outside" – Associations, travel companies and convention groups
- Fluency in English : good written and oral skills
- Good knowledge of all Microsoft Office : Word, PowerPoint and Outlook Proficiency in Excel
