Jobs Descriptions: 
1. Installs and configures computer hardware operating systems and applications.
2. Monitors and maintains computer systems and networks.
3. Talks employee / clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone.
4. Troubleshoots system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
5. Replaces parts as required.
6. Provides support, including procedural documentation.
7. Follows diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system.
8. Supports the roll-out of new applications.
9. Sets up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.
10. Responds within agreed time limits to call-outs.
11. Works continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate).
12. Prioritizes and managing many open cases at one time.
13. Rapidly establishes a good working relationship with customers and other professionals (e.g., software developers).
14. Tests and evaluates new technology.
15. Conducts electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
