About the Role
- Direct report to General Manager (1)
- Responsible for day to day operation (1)
- Responsible to oversee FO, HK, Spa, & Security (1)
- Responsible for guest service & control system (1)
- Assist with staff schedules and staffing requirements (1)
- Assist FO in delivering the guest service (2)

Qualifications
- well presented with excellent English communication skills
- experience in a similar role in a medium sized hotel (1)
- familiar with VHP system is an advantage (1)
- Attention to detail, organisational skills and initiative (1)
- Fresh graduated from tourism school / university majoring English is welcomed (2)
