About the Role
- Direct report to General Manager
- Responsible for day to day operation
- Responsible to oversee FO, HK, Spa, & Security
- Responsible for guest service & control system
- Assist with staff schedules and staffing requirements

Qualifications
- well presented with excellent English communication skills
- experience in a similar role in a medium sized hotel
- familiar with VHP system is an advantage
- Attention to detail, organizational skills and initiative
